Delivery & Shipping

  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
  • We reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to holiday season.
  • We will start processing your order within 72 hours. The shipping information is the time when the order has been processed. (Please note these are guidelines and not exact times each case may be different.)
  • Estimated shipping within Sweden: 1-3 working days.
  • Estimated international shipping: 5-12 working days.
  • The cost for shipping in Sweden is 100SEK
  • International shipping cost 150 SEK.

  • For return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping which is 50 SEK.
  • If the item you order is defective, the claims are free of charge. 
  • All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees or any other local charges. Customs tax would be the cost of purchasing a product shipped from another country. When international customers purchase a product from us, your country may charge you customs fees on delivery. 
  • The customs rate is calculated based on the products’ declared value and shipping costs, product category, country of origin, destination country’s customs duty and applicable trade agreements.

Please note that when paying with PayPal your shipping address needs to be your registered residence

Returns

In case of dispute, we promise to comply with the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for consumer complaints. 

  • According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after receipt of the goods. 
  • If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us we are more than happy to help you return it or exchange it. Just remember to notify us within 14 days. If 14 days since you got the product have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If not, the product will be sent back with an additional shipping cost of 50 SEK.
